There has been seminar organized on a topic "Awareness about Civil Service Exam" in our institution on  21st February (Tuesday)  between 11 am to 1 pm which is to be conducted by Chanakya IAS Academy-Ahmedabad.

Brief Objective of this Seminar:

 As we all know, importance and need for civil service need no introduction, but rather intriguing question is why Gujarat is lagging behind in producing large number of IAS, IPS and IFS as compared to states like UP and Bihar despite having huge pool of meritorious students and best possible education infrastructure in the country. For example, 12 candidates from Gujarat have cleared Civil Service Examination in 2015, 16 candidates from Gujarat have cleared civil service examination in 2013 and around 20 in 2014. Amongst others, the most important reason is lack of awareness among the students community. 

End of college life for a student would probably be the right and opportune moment to strategize and explore right career option. Therefore proper guidance and dollops of motivation is actually what is needed to unleash the true potential of a student .And if it the question of serving your nation, then nothing could be more deserving than this !
