The Recruitment Process will be as follow:

Selection Procedure:

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).

Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Test & Technical Written Test to be conducted by NVL (Objective | Elimination Round). Test Module comprising of Technical and functional + Aptitude and reasoning (60 Marks)

Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials) for the shortlisted candidates from Step 02.

Step 04: Group Discussion – Elimination Round

Step 05: Personal Interview (Technical & HR)

Step 06: Compilation of results & final results declaration.

Step 07: Issue of Letter of Offer to the selected candidates.
