L & T - Pass-out 2013 CO, IT, EC, MCA - On Contract
As per the latest fashion of recruiting freshers, like all big corporates, L&T has also started recruiting "On Contract".

We shall evaluate candidate based on technical competency in first round
The schedule is as follows.
1. Written Test (Objective + Subjective mainly on SQL Fundamentals and Simple Programming)
2. Test marking and Short Listing
3. Technical Interview of Short Listed candidates
4. Shortlisting of candidates after technical interview
