Vadodara Institute of Engineering is hosting a Pool/ Campus Recruitment session  for the final year students of any Stream of 2017 & 2018  on 5^th of February for COLLABERA TACT.
Earlier pool campus from the same company was arranged at SCET. So those students who could not attend that pool campus can avail this facility at VIE,Vadodara on 5/2/18

A brief about the role: 

Job Designation: Career Development Executive

Responsibilities

·         Contact potential customers to inform them about TACT training programs.

·         Answer questions about company services

·         Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

·         Enter and update customer information in the database

·         Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

·         Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

·         Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

·         Good knowledge of relevant computer programs is an added advantage.

·         Ability to learn about company services and describe/explain them to prospects

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·         Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Key skills-

·         Excellent communication skills(is a MUST)

·         Confident

·         Flexible to work in both Day and Night Shifts

·         Must be willing to join immediately upon selection.

Remuneration: Their gross salary will be 18,000/- Per Month (Gross) + lucrative incentives based on their achievement of sales target.
