·         Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

·         Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

·         Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

·         Good knowledge of relevant computer programs is an added advantage.

·         Ability to learn about company services and describe/explain them to prospects

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·         Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Key skills-

·         Excellent communication skills(is a MUST)

·         Confident

·         Flexible to work in both Day and Night Shifts

·         Must be willing to join immediately upon selection.

Remuneration: Their gross salary will be 18,000/- Per Month (Gross) + lucrative incentives based on their achievement of sales target.
