Distribution Franchise business is one area which Torrent Power has been aggressively pursuing as part of its expansion plans. Torrent Power created history by entering into the country’s first distribution franchisee agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for Bhiwandi Circle in December 2006. It has also been awarded the distribution franchise for Agra in Uttar Pradesh and has already commenced distribution operations in Agra.

Eligibility for Graduate Engineer Trainee criteria:

[A] Education:

1] SSC (10^th Std.) & HSC (12^th Std.) pass out with first class (60%  & above) in both the exam.

2] Graduation (BE Electrical)  pass out with aggregate >=55% (present no live backlog)

3] Pass out year would be 2019

[B] Selection Procedure:

 Selection Procedure is mainly divided into two phases Viz. Written Examination (Electrical/Technical -76 marks + Aptitude-24 marks)  and Personal Interview

 [C] Training and Job Location and Salary Package details:

1] Training and Job Location:  All the  job location of the Torrent Group anywhere in India.

2] Compensation:

(a)  On joining :             Rs. 3.25 lacs Per Annum

(b)  On confirmation :   Rs. 3.75 lacs Per Annum
