GNFC requires the students of 2016 passed out batch on very urgent basis. Only 2016 passed out students having FIRST CLASS in the Chemical and Mechanical Discipline only are requested to register on or before 26/12/2016 without fail.
It is to be noted that, candidates who have been already placed or to be placed in other companies and if they are interested to join GNFC for better prospects , they can also be considered for this recruitment drive.
Only interested students of our institute (From only 2016 passed out Chemical/Mechanical only) who can join the company immediately within 2 months, to fill their details in the link given below.

For GETs
1.1 Upon completion of Campus drive, the selected candidate will be taken initially as Graduate Engineer Trainee i.e GET for a period of one year. During the training period he / she will be paid total CTC of Rs. 2.35 lacs (Approx.)
1.2 If Trainee successfully completes his/her training period and passes various assessments done by company, he/she will be absorbed on contract for a period of Two (02) years. During the contract period he/she will be paid total CTC of Rs. 4.64 lacs (Approx.) during first year and Rs. 5.42 lacs (Approx.) during second year.
1.3 Upon completion of contract period he/she will be absorbed in Company’s regular Officer Cadre grade wherein he/she will be paid total CTC of Rs.10 lacs (Approx.)
1.4 At the time of joining as GET, candidate will have to execute a “Training – cum- Service Agreement” for the period of Five (05) years of Rs.2.5 Lacs
