DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AND VERIFICATION FOR TCS TRAINING(4TH SEM)

All the interested and eligible students from Electrical/Mechanical/EC (4th sem) are hereby required to submit and verify their documents with following faculty members as mentioned below.

MECH	Prof. Vimal A Patel/Prof. Asfaq Shekh
ELECT	Prof. P.K.Shah
EC	Prof. A.J Kshatriya

Following are the list of documents are to be submitted..

1) STD 10 and 12/ Diploma Marksheet and certificate zerox.
2) SEM 1,2,3 marksheet zerox
3) Caste Certificate
4) Income proof details
     (Either of  Income tax returns/ Notarized Income proof/ Last six month bank account passbook details)


Verify above document at the earliest on or before 3/5/16 with above mentioned faculties and fill up details in the soft copy.

Time 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m on 2/3/16 and 3/5/16.
