We are going to host a campus drive for KPIT Technologies Ltd on 28th & 29th January, 2015 at our campus. Please inform all eligible students from your institute to report at SOCET on 28/1/2015, 2:30 PM for the same. Please find details below.

Process is as mentioned below:-

1. Reporting time for the students 28/01 at 2:30 PM for online test includes both Aptitude & Technical tests.
2. The shortlisted students would appear for a technical interview on 29/01.
3. Once the candidate clears the technical interview final HR round would be conducted.

4. Declaration of Final selected students.

Criterion & Package (You may share with Students):-

(a) Pay package (CTC)- 11k for 1st 4 months & 2.8 LPA from 5th month onwards
(b) Stream required - Etrx/EnTC/Instrumentation/EEE (Electrical N electronics Engineering, Will not be able to allow pure electrical)
(c) Eligibility conditions (any % age criteria)- 55% aggregate and no year down in Engineering.

(e) Job Profile – To be joined as trainee and will undergo training program. Based on the performance and the requirements at that time projects in support/maintenance/development will be assigned.

(h) Please note some important points :

1. Each one of the candidates to carry a copy of their bio-data in standard format as adopted by the college with as much technical details of final year projects, external works, paper publications, technical activities, extra-curricular activities as possible.
2. Carry reports of any technical work carried out (Major Projects etc).
3. They need to exhibit strong technical expertise in
a. C / C++ (MUST) / Any of the programming language- VERY CRITICAL
b. Embedded Systems and hardware interfacing techniques
c. Microprocessors / Microcontrollers (Any Microcontroller of their choice)
d. Control Systems Basics
e. MATLAB / Simulink (If they have worked on it)
f. Any 2 subjects of their choice in Electronics where they can answer fluently
4. Well groomed and smart presentation to Panel
5. Preparation on General Aptitude & Technical tests (This is an elimination test!)
6. Understand the question well and answer to the point. Use of pen and Paper to explain the concepts.
7. They need to be aware why they wish to work for KPIT. The words Core Company and Non-core Company are fancy words and none of them have an understanding of that.
8. Good communication skills is a basic expectation. We wish that college takes enough care to present only selectable candidates and not every one.

Dear Students,

There is a requirements for reputed company at Pune.

They need Electrical and Electronics engineers passing out in 2015

They  will be Trainee Engineer for first 6 months

Salary will be Rs 1,50,000.00 for first 6 months  and then Rs 3.5 lac per year 

 Min percentage required is 50% in Engg.  No  consideration for  10th n 12th marks.

Joining will be in  June / July 2015
