BOAT (WR), Mumbai in coordination with institute from Ahmedabad,
Vadodara, and Rajkot as tabulated below is going to organize Pool Campus
interviews for 2014 batch Graduate,
and Diploma pass outs in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy /
Architecture / HMCT for their engagement as Graduate / Technician
Apprentices under the Apprenticeship (amendment) Act,1973.
The drive is being organized with a view to facilitate a large pool of
fresher to establishments for their engagement as apprentices on one
hand and also to facilitate the candidates to select the establishment
of their choice to undergo apprenticeship training on the other hand.
Seats
for training of Graduate / Technician apprentices have been allocated
to establishments and it is mandatory to the employer to ensure that
full quota of apprentices remain on the ‘roll’ of the establishment at
any point of time. If establishment have not yet utilized 100% quota
allocated to their establishment, they are required to depute a team of
your personnel who will conduct and finalize the process of selection of
the candidates for their engagement as Graduate and Technician
apprentices at any or all the tabulated venue at 09:00 hours of the event only.
1000
plus Engineering Degree/Diploma holders of Government / Private
Institutes in EC, ME, EI, IPE, CSE, IT, Mining, Pharm, etc. are expected
to participate in the Pool Campus.

The
institutes are requested to please inform and guide all the pass out of
Engineering / Pharmaceutical / Architecture / HMCT Degree and Diploma
Holders who have not got any placement / job to attain the Pool Campus
organized for them to get “on the job” training for one year in the
industries of their choice by participating in the Bharti Mela at any or
all the above tabulated venue. Prior to participation the pass outs
are requested to register on-line on respective URL for
