All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Monster India MoU to facilitate in job opportunities

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has signed a MoU with Monster India to facilitate in job opportunities to students and fresher candidates across the country.

As a part of this MoU, Monster India will act as an interface among students, colleges and recruiters by aiding institutions approved with the AICTE, to map their students' talent and provide them with relevant job opportunities. 

Under the MoU, Monster India will manage and monitor campus recruitment activities of colleges approved by the AICTE for students from various streams- engineering and technology; applied arts and craft; hotel management and catering; management; pharmacy and architecture and town planning.

They are looking for trainee PLC Application engineers who have successfully undergone PLC /SCADA training from any prestigious institute and who would like to pursue their career in Industrial Automation. As per our existing practice, we would be imparting our own specialized training to the selected candidates in programming in PLC/SCADA systems of reputed PLC manufacturers  like GE IP, Omron, Delta, Crouzet etc. of which we are the authorized solution providers/Channel Partners.  Since many candidates leave the training midway, we are absorbing the candidates on regular basis only after evaluating their performance after 3 months of training in on-going projects and maintenance jobs and programming. Once absorbed, they will be placed as PLC engineers. However, kindly note that they will not be paid salary for the training period and they will start getting salary only after their formal appointment as PLC engineers.

 If anyone had undergone a course of study in PLC/SCADA and  who would like to be trained  in industrial automation intensively and subsequently absorbed as regular employees, they may be shortlisted and sent to us at the earliest. We would like to conduct an interview for them on next Tuesday 28.12.2017 at our office premises shown below.

Below mentioned faculty members had visited Smartec Solution, Vadodara on 22/12/17 after the formal invitation by the company regarding industry institute interaction and future placement initiatives.
